Preparation & Shipping

We know that timely replenishment is essential for a store's operations. That is why we do everything we can to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible, with particular care given to packaging and the confidentiality of your purchases.

Carrier and delivery method

Orders are mainly shipped by DPD CLASSIC to the delivery address provided at checkout. Depending on the destination, a local partner may handle final delivery. The carrier may be adapted to the shipment’s requirements.

Rates are shown excluding tax and depend on the destination and parcel weight. The table covers parcels up to 20 kg. The total, including applicable taxes, is confirmed before payment.

France: Mainland France.
Europe Zone 1: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Europe Zone 2: Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Poland and the United Kingdom.
French overseas territories — Zone 1: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin.
French overseas territories — Zone 2: French Guiana, New Caledonia and French Polynesia.

United States, Canada, destinations outside this table or shipments exceeding the available weight bands: contact us before ordering to check availability and request a quote. For shipments with several parcels, the total is confirmed before payment. Taxes, customs duties or handling charges may be payable on arrival; unless stated otherwise at checkout, they are not included in these rates.

Delivery to a Freight Forwarder

If the customer chooses to have their order delivered to a freight forwarder, logistics platform, or any other intermediary responsible for forwarding the goods to their final destination, delivery is deemed completed upon handover of the package to the designated carrier at the freight forwarder's address. Our liability is limited to this initial delivery. From the moment the goods are taken into custody by the freight forwarder or its representative, the risks of loss, theft, damage, delay, forwarding errors, or any other incident related to subsequent transport or handling are transferred to the customer. Any claim regarding operations carried out after delivery to the freight forwarder must be addressed directly to the latter.

Order preparation and transit times

Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and exceptional periods. Transit time is additional: 2 to 3 business days for mainland France, 3 to 5 for Europe Zone 1, and 5 to 8 for Europe Zone 2 and French overseas territories.

Transit times are estimates and begin when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Customs formalities and transport conditions may extend them.

Careful preparation

Our logistics expertise allows us to prepare each order with the care it deserves while limiting our environmental impact. We reuse cardboard boxes and convert them into packing materials as much as possible. Each package is prepared to withstand the rigors of transport and ensure delivery in optimal condition.
