All orders placed on Esotericae are stated inclusive of all taxes, in accordance with applicable regulations. For business customers eligible for VAT exemption or special VAT treatment (notably in the case of intra-Community delivery with a valid intra-Community VAT number), the tax rules in force are automatically applied when the legal conditions are met.

Once your order has been validated, your invoice is made available to you in electronic format, in accordance with current regulations. This format ensures easy storage, quick access to your accounting documents, and reduced paper use. Your invoice can be downloaded at any time from your customer account and serves as an accounting and tax supporting document.
